Sundance is a wonderfully spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom town home located in the Lodges on Sundance condominium complex in Mountain Village. Guests can access the ski run from the Lodges driveway, about 1/10 of a mile from the town home.
The open plan of the main living area makes this the perfect residence for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. There is a fully appointed kitchen, and a warm & inviting stone fireplace. Right off the living area is a large deck which features a gas grill and patio furniture. The living area has spectacular and unobstructed views, as do most rooms in this rental property.
There is a king master suite located off the great room and it too, has a steam shower, jetted tub and double sinks. The 2nd master suite is located away from the main level and is spacious, warm and inviting. This suite has its own private deck. This suite has a steam shower, jetted tub and double sinks.
On the lower level, there is a cosy family room. The family room gives access to two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom and both rooms access the lower level patio with hot tub. Above the great room is a loft with a trundle bed and half-bath where two more guests can sleep.
