The stylish kitchen is fully equipped to cater to any of your culinary preferences. Indoor dining seats up to 8 guests or one can opt to dine al fresco under the garden gazebo. The cleverly designed indoor-outdoor living room boasts panoramic views out to sea whilst affording a bird's eye view of the pool and deck area below.
With convenience and comfort in mind, there is a powder room located just off the living area. The villa is designed to capture the cooling sea breezes or you can opt to take advantage of the ceiling fans, conveniently located throughout the villa to stay comfortable even on the hottest of summer days, that is, if not in the pool! There is ample deck space around the pool with chairs and sun loungers to accommodate maximum occupancy. A covered gazebo houses the alfresco dining area with a wet bar and a professional barbeque unit.
