The internal design of the villa is almost specular and conceived in a minimal fashion with granite floors, off white furnishing and thoughtful touches of modern art throughout the villa. White Rock One’s upper level features a modern kitchen and indoor dining area, a comfortable living room with access to the pool terrace, a guest bedroom also accessing the pool terrace and – just up a flight of steps – the master bedroom with its own private balcony. Three further guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, all granting access to the outdoors and staircases leading to the pool terrace.

White Rock One is a part of a private two-villa complex which includes White Rock Two. The two villas are set in a tranquil position situated within an easy drive from Lia beach, on the South-Eastern side of the island and renowned for its laid back atmosphere. The property proves to be the perfect retreat for avid sailors and those fond of secluded beaches thanks to the villas’ paved access to a small cove right below the villas and the possibility to moor private yachts in the waters in front of it. The possibility of renting the neighboring villa White Rock Two also allows for a great location for larger groups looking to holiday together while still maintaining their own privacy among the two villas.
