Villa Description

Located on the border with Tuscany, this luxurious villa, Chiesa Pagano, has been restored and furnished boasting 9 bedrooms and is equipped with every kind of facility for physical activity: a beautiful infinity pool, a gym with Techno gym equipment placed in a guest house not far from the pool. Last but not least, there is a tennis court with night lighting, located near the covered parking. Below the pool, there is a games room for teenagers and children.

Arriving at the gate of the villa, one can see the fenced in garden in all its beauty: which seems a painting of a hilly landscape, one among the most beautiful in Italy. This is the Niccone valley, a famous hilly area that units Umbria and Tuscany, which is the land chosen by many foreigners for buying houses and castles to be restored in order to spend their holidays there.

A skillful interior designer has decorated the rooms using a few shades from white to blue. One of the 9 bedrooms is the master bedroom, equipped with a walk-in closet. The other bedrooms are similar to each other as far as the kind of decoration and the size of room is concerned, in order to meet the wishes of all the members in the group.

The central part of the villa is represented by a double, beautiful and bright living room furnished with silk sofas, linen curtains, equipped with various French windows that overlook the spacious terraced area which is part of the beautiful garden. Another room is used as an office with internet Wi-Fi and a computer. On the lower ground floor, there is a huge living room, which offers direct access to the pergola outside furnished with a large table for 18 people and a brick built BBQ.
