Belvedere is an elegant property located in the heart of the Reschio Estate but within easy walking distance of the “center” where the Osteria, stable, tennis court and Bottega are located. The property consists of a four-bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guest house and a separate bread oven.
Belvedere was meticulously restored to the very highest standard of renovation and design incorporating all the most efficient modern systems and yet using traditional materials. The fresco painted dining room, the trompe d’oeil painting and reclaimed terracotta tiles make this a rich Umbrian farmhouse.
There is an extensive parterre, a heated infinity pool with full pool changing facilities and several outdoor dining and sitting areas
