Villa Luisa

Just outside the city center of Maiori, this property lies off the main coastal road and descends all the way to the sea. The location is ideal for those who want a quiet stay, but still prefer to be close to the major towns of the Amalfi Coast. The large property consists of the villa, which was built in the 1960s by a renowned Italian architect, and a Tower dependence, which was built in the 14th century to protect the area from invaders’ attacks. The two properties share a terrace and the parking area, and the entire property enjoys wonderful sea views. Guests are provided with golf carts to drive up and down from the villa to the parking area.

The saltwater infinity pool boasts amazing sea views. The large pool deck enjoys a sun deck and a small covered space with a daybed. The pool leads down several steps to two dressing rooms with four showers and one bathroom. From a small window in one of the dressing rooms you can see inside the pool. Down a flight of stairs from the pool terrace leads to a guest bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Completely renovated and surrounded by lemon trees and Mediterranean gardens, the Tower offers breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. Inside on the ground floor you will find the living room and the kitchen. On the lower floor, the beautiful dining room with stone walls and a terrace with wrought iron tables and chairs offers sea views and access to an external terrace with coffee tables and chairs. The first floor boasts the bedroom suite. From the corridor of the bedroom, you have access to yet another terrace and to the solarium/roof terrace. The terrace has an external shower and the en-suite bathroom has a shower and coastal view. The Tower also enjoys an external dining area with oval table and chairs.

The Tower has access to two small, connected pools surrounded by a small garden. The area is equipped with sun beds and a hammock.

Located next to the Tower is another double bedroom with bathroom, which can be used for larger groups.
