Camelot is a private villa in a secure and private gated community, next to the exclusive Old Fort Bay Club. The 8,000 square foot villa boasts a 180 foot waterfront with a breathtaking unobstructed sea view.. The beach is steps away or a short swim off the private dock.
This 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom private residence offers many luxurious appointments. On the ground floor, extraordinary views are enjoyed from the living room, dining room, veranda, bedrooms and kitchen. Both the living room - with fireplace and custom made cabinets - and the kitchen open up onto a spacious 800 square foot veranda. The veranda is ideal for entertaining day or night and can be enclosed by electric shutters when necessary.
The 1000 square foot master bedroom comprises the entire second floor, with panoramic views of the ocean and pristine beach from all windows. Elegantly appointed, it includes a fireplace, bathroom with shower stall, whirlpool tub, toilet and bidet, large walk-in closets, dressing room with two face basins, refrigerator/bar area, and private sun deck.
The separate Guest Cottage, situated about 50 feet from the main house, includes a living room, dining area, home theatre, one bedroom, one bathroom, walk-in closet, and kitchen.
The property’s six foot wall with remote controlled electric gates ensure that guests’ privacy is guaranteed. Tennis courts and a playground are within walking distance from Camelot.
