Villa Gracia is a beautiful, well appointed home located in the private gated community of Punta Ballena, home to the world famous Esperanza Resort. Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones and rich red and brown accents give a classic hacienda exterior look, yet a contemporary interior feel to this home. It is old world Mexico combined with modern day amenities.
Spacious indoor living areas make this villa very comfortable for 3 or more couples. Bedrooms are large and 3 of the 4 have ocean views. The guest suite has a private pool just steps from the king size bed. Guests are able to use a two-seated golf cart and access to the restaurants and spa service at the Esperanza Resort.
