There are many breathtaking aspects to Tramountana: stunning architecture, magnificent views out to the Aegean Sea, spacious outdoor areas, and high-quality interior finishings.
The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and furnished, with modern design pieces combined with old pieces. The main entrance leads into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area, featuring comfortable sofas and equipped with state-of-the-art flat screen TV and sound system, with a selection of music and movies. It has a sea-facing picture window for bewitching views with the ever-changing sea.
The fully-equipped kitchen is located off the dining area. From here is a step down to the 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Tramountana also comprises a loft area.
The exterior of the property, including the private pool and Jacuzzi, is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with comfortable sun beds, a large garden, a large outdoor pergola offering shade with a dining table and comfortable sitting lounge, and a barbeque area. Another dining area is at the other part of the veranda for more dinners under the stars.
Tramountana commands a separate entrance from the road, complete with off-road, enclosed parking.
Next to the property, the garden is full of herbs and seasonal vegetables that guests are more than welcome to enjoy.
