Set in a part of Tuscany that remains largely undiscovered and unspoiled, this beautiful villa is also conveniently within reach of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena.
Valle was lovingly restored in 2007 and furnished with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Much care has been taken to maintain original features such as the typical wooden beamed ceiling and the old external bread oven.
Valle has a sun room opening onto the swimming pool area, furnished with comfortable armchairs, billiards table and satellite TV.
Between the main building and the guest house runs an open terrace, where you will find a swimming pool with its own sun terrace and spa as well as an outdoor dining area with barbeque.
The buildings are set in a private, enclosed garden featuring a large area of lawn with trees and attractive flower beds and a bocce (Italians bowls) court.

Additional Information
Villa Saletta estate, once owned by the Riccardi family (bankers to the Medici), covers approximately 1,760 acres. In total, there are more than 20 old farmhouses on the estate, mostly dating back to the 1800s. Each one has its own story to tell, being unique and individual in size and location.
Three of these farmhouses have been restored so far. Every restored villa has its own private grounds with electric gates, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue and comfortable shaded seating areas.
