This 7-bedroom ski-in/ski-out luxury home is located on a private wooded lot in the gated community of The Colony near Canyons Resort. The entire home is solidly constructed using reclaimed wood. One hundred and fifty year-old railroad trusses reclaimed from the Great Salt Lake are secured by oversized steel plates, rods and anchors. The cabinets are myrtle wood from a dead myrtle wood forest in Oregon. The floors are circle-cut trestle wood, and the exterior siding of the home is reclaimed barn wood from California.
Quartzite stone, colorful terrazzo caste concrete, and granite add to the home’s distinct personality. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, theater room, pool table, private hot tub and spacious living areas with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Complimentary shuttle service takes you to Main Street Park City.

Private Shuttle: There is a complimentary shuttle service to all winter guests. The shuttle service is based upon availability on a first come first serve basis. Guests can request the shuttle and a timeframe for pick up will be given.
