Villa Description

JAY - Villa Les Amis du Vent is a spectacular villa located on 5 & 1/2 acres on the tip of Marigot Bay, in Mont Jean, St Barts, with unsurpassed ocean and bay views. This wonderful Mediterranean style villa has 3 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms and a solar heated 54' pool.

You enter the villa thru a spectacular double staircase leading to a 40' living room with an amazing ocean view, overlooking the pool area. Off-white sofas and chairs with lime green cushions, and the antique decorations inspire the refined décor. On the left, across a covered corridor a large gourmet kitchen opens to an outdoor covered dining area overlooking the ocean, Marigot Bay and the pool. On the right, the master bedroom faces the ocean and opens onto an enclosed formal garden. This well-decorated bedroom in off-white and blue Manuel Canovas fabric has a 4-poster king-size bed with two marble bathrooms with connected outdoor showers. The second bedroom opens to a terrace facing the view of Marigot Bay and the mountains, featuring a king-size bed, en-suite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The rooms are connected by a 12' loggia with tables and seating in the interior garden with a small fountain. The third bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the garden and has a king-size bed, en-suite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a private terrace and lovely ocean views.

On the pool level, a few steps lead to a large air-conditioned TV-room, with a 55" TV, 2 sofas and an en-suite marble bathroom. Directly behind it there is a well-equipped air-conditioned exercise room/office, fax printer etc. with an en-suite marble bathroom. The large solar heated pool invites you to swim or relax on the lounge chairs nestled amidst three hundred year old lignum vitie trees while admiring the extraordinary ocean view, Turtle Island and Marigot Bay. Paths through the natural flora lead to the water.
