La Pinede is located in walking distance from the charming village of Eygalières, for a taste of true Provencal living. The villa has been recently built and is designed to resemble a traditional Mas, or farmhouse. There are 5 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and three upstairs, each with private shower rooms and views over the surrounding fields and the Alpilles. The three double and two twin rooms have been individually decorated in a Provencal style and the whole house is air conditioned.
The living room is comfortable and bright and guests will find a fireplace, a large flat screen satellite television, DVD and hi-fi. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and leads onto a covered terrace, where there is a barbecue, table and chairs.
Outside in the beautifully kept garden and among the olive trees and lavender is the swimming pool which is surrounded by many areas where to relax in the shade and enjoy a good book. A ping pong and a petanque court are available for the more active ones.
A fully equipped summer kitchen is also available under the large paved and shaded terrace with garden furniture. It is equipped with a BBQ, four electric hotplates, a fridge and a sink. At the rear of the house are enough parking spaces for several cars. There is also a garage for a car and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
NOTE: Please note that the villa’s heating/cooling system specifics will only allow the use of heating, air conditioning or pool heating independently (so two or all cannot be used at the same time).
