Originally built in 1965 and redefined in 2010, this 2,954 sq. ft. oasis sits on a quarter acre lot with spacious indoor / outdoor living at its finest. Simple elegance with a warm color scheme and luxurious furnishings create a casual desert lifestyle with an engaging, open floor plan. With entertaining in mind, the kitchen area is the hub of casual living with a sleek modern look of grey granite countertops and European-style cabinetry with overhead sky lights and a sit at island bar. The adjacent media area and formal dining continue the flow of the open floor-plan into the living area and to the outdoor-lanai living space. The living room features the original fireplace modernized with broken glass for a dramatic setting. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders expose the outdoors.
