One of the original homes built in 1957 by well known local architect Fernando Romero in the historic neighborhood known as "Gringo Gulch" in classic colonial Mexican style. It was recently renovated by well known L.A. architect James Meares (Dorothy Chandler Music Pavilion) in a more contemporary style.
This stunning 6 bedroom villa is located just steps from all that is most interesting in Puerto Vallarta, from gourmet restaurants to taco stands, from quaint markets on cobblestone streets to art galleries and upscale boutiques as well as just a short walk to popular Los Muertos Beach. Puerto Vallarta has it all.
With an emphasis on outdoor living the main level has a spacious terrace and breathtaking views of the town and south shore. The upper level also has a great terrace and outdoor living area and an 8 person Jacuzzi.
Note: The 6 bedroom main house can be rented along with the 2 bedroom casita next door for a total of 8 bedrooms. If guests are renting the 6 bedroom main house only, the 2 bedroom casita can be rented separately but is a completely private property and does not share any areas or entrances with Casa Tabachin’s main house.
