Monkey Puzzle is a luxurious four-bedroom villa (with an additional detached bedroom) that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. It sits on approximately 1 acre of lush tropically landscaped gardens within the prestigious West Cliff community in Westmoreland, St. James. Monkey Puzzle has been recently refurbished to the highest specification and no expense has been spared to create a truly exceptional home. This unique property features the best craftsmanship and finishes which are reflected in the blend of marble and coral stone that have been used extensively all through the house.

There is also a terrific feeling of space and wonderful light throughout. The accommodation comprises excellent entertaining space and 5 double bedrooms (including detached bedroom) with marble bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have four poster beds. The master bedroom located on the first floor, has a spectacular sea view and a spacious terrace with comfortable seating area. This is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning tropical sunsets. There is another bedroom on this floor sharing the same aspect. There are two en suite guest rooms located on the ground floor, one of which opens up onto a private patio. A charming, fifth bedroom with its own separate entrance is nestled within the lush tropical gardens and again has far reaching sea views. This room also has it's own terrace overlooking the exceptional Westmoreland golf course.

The spacious entrance hall flows into a magnificent open-plan living room, and media room, which then leads through grand coral stone arches, onto a covered terrace that offers spectacular views of the swimming pool and the surrounding well-manicured gardens. There is also a small private study with fax machine and computer. This room has French windows leading onto the garden and swimming pool. Guests can take advantage of the wonderful Caribbean evenings, dine by candlelight under the covered terrace and entertain guests in the Monkey Bar. Enchanting gardens surround a large inviting pool with Jacuzzi. The phenomenal pool patio also features a poolside eating area, just perfect for casual dining.
