This traditional Provencal villa is within walking distance to one of the more famous villages of the Alpilles, where quiet cafes and restaurants line the small street of the ‘centre de village’. As a back drop the stunning Alpilles reflect the sunlight and ornate the view.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms; one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2 single rooms that share a shower room. Off the dining area there is a single ground floor room with a sofa bed that is adjacent to the studio which has a shower and toilet, a fitted kitchen and a day bed for one adult or two children. Up a flight of stairs is another double bedroom.
The entire house has been decorated with much love and care to ensure total comfort, It is fully air conditioned, via the floor cooling system. The floors are either Provencal lime stone or marble tiles. The kitchen is a chef’s delight that is fully equipped and open plan to keep the concept of cooking ‘convivial’. The well tendered gardens have a beautiful pool, which is heated to 28°C and has a hard electric safety cover. There is a summer kitchen with a BBQ and outside dining and lounge area with comfortable furniture and a lovely garden bathroom. A beautifully organized herb garden is within reach of the kitchen and the petanque court too.
This is a perfect house for a family with older children, or for two couples with older children. The property is in a quiet residential area of Eygalieres with hiking and bike riding to wonderful places within reach. The house has fast speed Internet and Wi-Fi, which is accessible in the office.
