Tradewinds villa is extremely luxurious and has been elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated by Aubrey and Charles of Designer’s Choice and includes all the facilities, fixtures and fittings you would expect in one of the finest properties on the island. You are welcomed to the property via a grand curved walled entrance, which includes electric gates and a tasteful water feature. One of the two driveways is to the side of the house for deliveries and the other to the front for visitors and guests. As well as a large double garage there is sufficient parking for an additional five cars.

As you enter the house you walk over a charming water feature via a small bridge, which takes you into the entrance hall, to the left and right of which are two large en-suite double bedrooms. Bedroom one includes a private terrace, which captures the afternoon sun and a large arched window, which provides a view of the golf course and bedroom two includes double French doors, which lead directly onto the pool and decking area.

The entrance hall leads onto the main living room, where you can enjoy a perfectly framed view of the fifth hole via the East hall or walk directly onto the pool and decking area, which includes a gazebo and wet bar perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the Caribbean sun. Either side of the East hall are bedrooms three and four, which include en-suite bathrooms, dressing room areas as well as arched windows providing wonderful views of the golf course. The living room also takes you into the South hall, which leads onto the TV room and the covered dining room area. The fully air conditioned TV room which is wired for surround sound and includes the latest audio and visual entertainment equipment provides the perfect opportunity to escape the mid day sun. The covered dining room is located alongside the swimming pool and decking area and is situated in close proximity to the well equipped kitchen and provides a shady and cool setting for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Next to the kitchen are the staff quarters, which include a sleeping area for those who require 24 hour staff as well as toilet and shower facilities and a laundry room and covered drying area. The master bedroom suite spans the entire top floor of the building and is reached via the beautiful wooden atrium staircase with decorative lighted recesses. At the top of the stairs is an office area, which includes a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea via a large arched window as well as a lockable door for added privacy and security. The master bedroom includes East and West facing balconies, one of which includes a bar, providing breathtaking view of the Sandy Lane Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea.

Owners and guests have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Facility with private cabana on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach as well as use of the tennis courts and the World famous Sandy Lane Golf Course. So whether you are relaxing in the refreshingly cool swimming pool, entertaining in the gazebo or alfresco dining area or simply enjoying the breeze while reading a book on the master bedroom terrace Tradewinds, Sandy Lane is simply as good as it gets.

Tradewinds is located just minutes from the beach, shops, bars and exclusive West coast restaurants as well as five miles from Bridgetown and twelve miles from Grantley Adams Airport.
