Casa del agua is a magnificent 5 bedroom private villa, with spectacular views of Bahia de Banderas, Harbour and Jack Nicklaus´ Signature Golf Course number 9 Fairway.
The architectural style takes its lead from the traditional image of coastal Mexican towns, with tiled sloping roofs supported by wooden beams.
Only natural materials are used for the floors and walls, in order to create a simple and contemporary space which blends perfectly with Punta Mita´s lifestyle.
The property is built in one level that makes this home comfortable and wheelchair friendly. Water is its primary decorative element; it gives a peaceful atmosphere and a cozy feeling. It employs a staff of three including a personal cook, housekeeper and waiter 8 hrs per day. This serene and tranquil ambiance is reflected in all areas of this beautiful villa.
