Villa Ventana is perched on a hill high above Puerto Vallarta's romantic district in Las Amapas, just south of Old Town, with expansive and unobstructed views of all of Puerto Vallarta and the entire Bay of Banderas and Pacific Ocean beyond.
When you step through the oversized wrought-iron metal entry door, you are greeted by an internal garden with a two-storey waterfall, with a landing overlooking the living room below.
Walk down the dramatic staircase into the living room with 2+ storey vaulted brick ceilings, gourmet stainless steel kitchen, indoor/outdoor Bose sound system, and dining room. Bi-fold oversized doors open up the entire living and dining room onto a large deck that wraps around the entire second floor. On the deck, there is a large infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi, comfortable deck furnishings, and a second outdoor living area with built in sofas.
All water into the house goes through a state-of-the-art water purification and filtration system.
Throughout your stay at Villa Ventana, you will be pampered by our house manager and personal spa therapist, Lette, in addition to a full time maid. Make sure to book a relaxing in-house massage or Guinot facial during your stay; you will not be disappointed. Our staff is available to prepare breakfast and lunch or dinner.

Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27°C (80°F).
Playa Mismaloya, gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana", and became a popular celebrity hangout at the time. Now, visitors flock to see the impressive rock formations of Los Arcos emerge from the bay's crystalline waters, which are great for diving and discovering incredible underwater mountains and steeps. The City Hall has murals painted by Manuel Lepe, and the Malecon (sea wall) is adorned with romantic bronze sculptures. What’s more, the streets of downtown offer shops and galleries that sell local paintings and sculptures of local artists. The city, known for its top-notch services, also has golf courses, boutiques and a marina.
In Puerto Vallarta you can enjoy the exquisite regional cuisine of Jalisco, that so many people have come to love, and the terraces of open-air restaurants, where you can watch cruise ships roll in as you take in an incredible sunset.
Sport fishing is just one of many activities you can do during your stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each year, during the month of November, the International Sailfish Fishing Tournament takes place. Other activities available in this region are eco-tourism, extreme sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boating, golfing and nightlife.
