This state of the art home is located right on the beach. A one of a kind design that takes you from an infinity pool to literally steps to the beach and ocean. Located only 13 miles north of San Jose this East Cape escape offers all the luxuries of home and much more. Just a twenty-five minute drive from San Jose you will be in your own secluded paradise. The main house has 3 rooms, a master room with the best views in all of Cabo, San Jose and the East Cape and two smaller but equally comfortable rooms downstairs. Both bathrooms are very nice and the master has a view to die for with a large bathtub as well. Closet space is plentiful and the master bedroom patio is huge with great lounge chairs as well as a hammock.
The rear house is situated on a four car garage and can be rented in addition to the main house. Since Casa Kash is a self sufficient and contained home (solar, propane and generator run), our caretakers will assist with the running of the house and any questions you may have. This house is great for a family get-away, multiple couples or those who are the party types. The back casita is available for 2 persons. The unit is very nice with a great ocean view and large deck, approximately 1000 sq feet. It has a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, internet access, a 32 inch LCD with Dishnetwork, DVD player, king bed and a bathroom. The casita is located right behind the main house approximately 100 feet away.
Everything in Casa Kash is first class! The house has central air and individual air in both downstairs rooms. Each room has HD Television and Dish network for all your movie and television needs. The master bedroom has a 42" HDTV, downstairs rooms each have 28" flat screens as well. The living room has a 55" HDTV and a state of the art surround sound system. There is also wireless internet access for those who may want to use a laptop.
There is a nice size infinity pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs and seating areas on the outdoor patio. The Pool area also has 8 outdoor speakers is great for lounging. All of this with perfect ocean views. An outdoor fire pit overlooks the ocean.
Villa can be rented with a 4th bedroom and 3rd bath option as well as with the use of the casita.
