A Colli is a beautiful stone-built farmhouse situated in the Luccan hills near Segromigno in Monte. It offers breathtaking views of the nearby Tenuta di Valgiano with its beautiful vineyards and olive groves, the city of Lucca and the plains surrounding it, and out to the sea. The property has been recently, immaculately restored yet has conserved the typical features of Tuscan farmhouses with its beautiful floors in terracotta and wooden beamed ceilings. Most of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and a DSL connection has been made available for the guests. A large swimming pool is a few steps below the farmhouse in the most panoramic position on the property. In front of the farmhouse and close to the swimming pool, there is a very nice pergola that offers the possibility to enjoy delightful outdoor meals. The very helpful manager lives at the back of the house in a separate apartment and is available for suggestions and assistance.

- Swimming pool is not enclosed with fences and there are no lifeguards. Clients’ use of the swimming pool is at their own risk
- Water and Electricity - Water shortages may occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain the national consumption. Be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off.
- Internet connection - When a connection is interrupted due to technical reasons beyond control, it is unfortunately very difficult, to receive immediate assistance from some of the internet providers operating in Italy. BlackBerry, or a similar portable device is strongly suggested.
