Welcome to TIA - Villa Tatiana: a unique 5-bedroom villa inspired by the principals of the Zen garden. Simplicity of line and form with minimal and contemporary furnishings, allowing the beauty and tranquility of respected materials to inform your experience. The villa overlooks Grand Cul de Sac and the ocean beyond, and is just minutes from fine dining.

Designed for entertaining, the open gourmet kitchen boasts top quality appliances and features a stocked wine cooler. Indoor dining, outdoor dining and an outdoor dining gazebo with barbecue were perfectly planned for those who love to give dinner parties.

Each king bedroom has an en-suite bath, stereo, fine Italian linens, a cashmere throw and an individual safe. One bedroom also offers a mezzanine with office area, WIFI and fax and connects to another bedroom, making this wing a good choice for a family with children (signed notarized waiver a must). The fifth bedroom is a separate studio with a living area and kitchenette: perfect for teens or a small family.
