This luxurious villa, on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge is facing the Caribbean sea, the far distant St Martin's mountains and the island of Anguilla. Beaulieu offers a postcard seaview all day long and the lights of Marigot at night. The villa has a fantastic bar kitchen out of maple, with granite counter tops from where you see the sand of Baie Rouge Beach . Beaulieu features a very large and airy bar kitchen open towards the sea and the swimming pool ; an inside dining room ; a double living with beautiful contemporary furniture opens to a covered terrace for outside dining and living, and a large heated swimming pool (50' x 20') . Around the swimming pool, three equal over sized bedroom suites with their private terrace, each one out of tumbled marble and a postcard sea view, even from the bathrooms. On walking all along Beaulieu, you always keep the gorgeous sea view. Can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom villa.
