Rocky Point is a three-bedroom Estate Home, 3,400 sq ft in size located on close to two acres of beachfront, approximately one mile from the main resort. Comprised of a detached master bedroom and two further guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a screened porch with commanding ocean views. Rooms feature the classic Parrot Cay beachside style: four-poster beds wrapped in white nets that billow with the breeze and leather woven chairs. Three en-suite bathrooms all have indoor and outdoor showers as well as a separate tub. The fully equipped kitchen with a butler’s entrance can be fully stocked on request. The living/dining area features a long dining table, comfortable seating and a 60” projection television with DVD player. The outdoor area, which includes a 45ft by 16ft heated pool, is flanked by teak loungers and cream sun umbrellas. The alfresco dining deck and dining table allows guests to enjoy the gentle breeze. There is also a tiki hut for massages.
