Ocean’s Edge is one of eight villas set within the private beachfront complex of Merlin Bay in St. James.
Boasting a magnificently landscaped private beachfront garden, this split level property also commands a brilliant view of the gorgeous beach from every one of the three levels as well as its private rooftop terrace. This terrace is ideal for both a glorious morning of basking in the sun, as well as a romantic evening of stargazing.
The top floor of the villa consists of two en-suite bedrooms; the master suite which leads up to the rooftop terrace as well as a cozy second bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have the option to have the beds made as 2 singles or joined as a large king.
Enter the villa onto the second level, which is comprised of an open plan for effortless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas and out to the patio. On the patio is the plunge pool overlooking beautiful gardens and out to the picture-perfect beach.
The bottom level consists of another en-suite bedroom with ample cupboard space and the laundry facilities. This beautiful suite opens out to an open paved area with a second, slightly larger plunge pool and ample space for entertaining and lounging.
An additional wooden deck built right at the perimeter of Ocean’s Edge allows for the most stunning views of the landscaping and pristine beach below.
Ocean’s Edge also has access to the larger community pool set at the centre of the Merlin Bay development. Access to the beach is via a winding path that leads through the trees to a cove of white sand and calm, turquoise sea. Merlin Bay provides a feeling of separation from the outside world, while still being within a location nearby to many luxuries and amenities such as world-class restaurants, shops and bars.
