This 6/7 bedroom, 7,000 square foot gated property with large oceanfront freshwater pool sits on a landscaped 3.5 acre estate situated right on the Caribbean Sea with the mountain of St. Martin/St. Maarten beyond. The villa's protected harbor with boat dock and small cove are located directed out front. The adjacent coral reef offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Anguilla. There is a small boat with boatman for beach hopping, snorkeling and lobster fishing. This villa can be rented as a 3,4,5, 6/7 bedroom villa except during the Festive Season.
